These Terms and Conditions, the Refund and Cancellation Policy, and the Privacy Policy apply to quotes, design work, and orders placed through https://www.crewidcard.com.

By submitting a quote request or approving a design, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and Conditions and the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

1. Provider

2. What we sell
We design and produce custom crew identification cards. This is a done-for-you design service. We do not offer a self-service card builder.

Current list prices, shown in euro (EUR, €):

• Starter Crew: 24.90 € per card. Premium PVC, single-sided print, custom design. Typical turnaround 3 to 5 days after the information we need is complete.
• Fleet Manager: 29.90 € per card. Premium composite card, priority custom design, double-sided print, optional holographic overlay.
• Enterprise: custom price in euro (EUR, €), quoted individually. Volume pricing, dedicated account manager, optional smart-chip integration (RFID/NFC), express shipping where agreed.

Optional features are quoted separately if they are not included in the selected plan. Prices include the custom design unless a quote says otherwise. Shipping is quoted separately unless the quote states that it is included.

3. How an order is formed
A quote request is not an order. You send your requirements through the quote form or to info@crewidcard.com. We prepare a design proof and, where needed, a written quote in euro (EUR, €). You approve the design in writing. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order in writing after that approval.

4. Your content
You confirm that you own the rights, or have permission, to use the logos, names, photos, and crew data you send us. You allow us to use that material only to prepare the proof, produce the cards, and deliver the order.

5. Production and delivery
Production normally starts after design approval and order confirmation. Standard production is about 2 to 3 business days after approval. Standard shipping is about 3 to 5 business days and depends on the destination. These times are estimates, unless a written quote states a fixed date.

6. Refund and cancellation policy
You can cancel a quote request free of charge at any time before we send the order confirmation. Email info@crewidcard.com.

After we confirm the order, and before production starts, you may cancel in writing. We will refund any payment already received, minus the cost of design work already performed if that work was agreed and delivered.

Custom-made cards cannot be returned once production has started, except where the cards are defective or do not match the design you approved. Contact us within 14 days of delivery, with photos and your order reference. We will reprint the affected cards or refund the price of the affected cards.

We do not refund cards because of a later change of mind, a logo change after approval, or incorrect data that you supplied and approved. Refunds are made to the original payment method where possible. Prices and refunds are in euro (EUR, €) unless the quote states another currency.

7. Card payments
If you pay by card, you enter your card details on the payment provider’s secure payment page. We do not receive or store your full card number or card security code on our servers.

We process the data you send in the quote form or by email: name, organisation, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, number of cards, optional features, and files you upload. We use this data to prepare the quote, design the cards, produce and ship the order, issue invoices, and answer questions.

The legal basis is steps taken before a contract and performance of the contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and keeping order records. Invoices are kept for the statutory period. Quote requests that do not become an order are deleted or anonymised after 24 months, unless you ask us to delete them earlier and no legal retention duty applies.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who need it for the order, such as the payment provider, the shipping carrier, and our hosting provider.

You can ask us for access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email info@crewidcard.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Landesbeauftragter für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg.

9. Liability
We are liable for defective cards as set out in the refund policy. We are not liable for loss caused by artwork, names, or crew data that you supplied and approved. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. Disputes and law
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not willing or obliged to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board. These terms are governed by the law of Germany. Mandatory consumer rights at your place of residence remain unaffected.
